  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new processes and systems, including conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing training and support to end users.

Qualification Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Business analyst experience within the financial service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong emphasis on Agile requirements gathering and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for backlog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
