Role Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They will oversee all aspects of the project, from planning to execution, and will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion.


Supervisory Responsibilities

·        Oversee the entire project & team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specifications.

·        Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.

·        Oversee all aspects of workflow, staffing, budget allocation, and scheduling of the assigned project.


Duties/Responsibilities

·        Leads their team to safely complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with high quality and efficiency.

·        Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly (Submittals, RFI’s, Scheduling, etc.).

·        Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

·        Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

·        Acts as the Safety Manager for the project and coordinates with the Safety Department when needed.

·        Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

·        Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

·        Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

·        Performs other related duties as assigned.

·        Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

  • ·        Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other Project related software.


Education & Experience

·        Degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience required.

·        At least seven years of industry experience required.

·        PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
