Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Sales Associates will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience.
