In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure our products meet stringent industry standards. You will conduct quality inspections, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write CMM programs to measure parts accurately according to specifications
  • Operate CMM machines to inspect various components and assemblies
  • Conduct first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections
  • Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and operating CMM machines
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Experience with metrology equipment and software, such as Zeiss Calypso
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
