These roles partner with many teams, such as Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Data, Creative and Marketing to create a site that best represents the Everlane brand and positioning, showcasing our beautifully designed and sustainable products, allowing customers to shop with confidence and wanting to share the world of Everlane./ppAs the Site Merchandising Specialist (Contract) at Everlane, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), Collection Pages, and overall site merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone 12 years out of college who is eager to grow in Ecommerce and digital merchandising. The position is a contract role with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliProduct Detail Page (PDP) Execution:/liulliBuild, update, and optimize PDPs with accurate product descriptions, compelling imagery, and key product benefits./liliEnsure product pages reflect Everlanes brand voice and commitment to transparency./li/ulliCollection Landing Page Management:/liulliCreate, maintain, and update collection pages to align with product launches, seasonal changes, and marketing initiatives./liliOptimize page layouts and sorting to enhance discoverability and conversion./li/ulliSite Merchandising Optimization:/liulliOversee product categorization, sorting, and navigation to ensure a seamless shopping experience./liliLeverage data insights to make informed merchandising decisions./liliWork closely with cross-functional teams to support promotions, new product launches, and brand storytelling./li/ulliData Performance Analysis:/liulliUtilize analytics tools to track site performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements./liliSupport A/B testing initiatives to enhance PDP and collection page effectiveness./li/ul/ulpWed love to hear from you if you have:/pulli12 years of experience in e-commerce, site merchandising, or digital retail (internships or entry-level experience welcome)./liliBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field./liliStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment./liliFamiliarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms./liliExperience with Looker, Excel, and Airtable is a plus./liliBasic understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, heat mapping tools) is a bonus./liliStrong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset./li/ulpThe Fine Print:/ppHQ: This is a contract role based at either our San Francisco office headquarters in the Mission neighborhood, or our Creative Studio in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role with three days in office, two days WFH./ppCalifornia resident: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation range for this role is $28/hr - $40.50/hr. This range is based on the San Francisco geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location./p/div
