Ensure checks are properly endorsed and deposited daily while preparing charge card transactions promptly. Balance and reconcile ledgers that contribute to the general ledger system; compare account balances with recorded sources for accuracy. Create detailed periodic reports for business clients outlining income, expenses, gross taxes, and any other necessary financial data. Provide payroll services for clients, including the preparation of payroll checks and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a systematic manual filing system for hard-copy documents post-entry into our bookkeeping systems. Identify and report potential issues with processes, offering solutions to management and communicating with clients regarding their financial records. Engage in meetings and training to enhance the quality of bookkeeping services offered. Participate in ongoing training sessions to ensure efficient job performance.
