Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe U.S. Client Marketing team, part of the North America Marketing organization, is transforming how we become the marketing partner of choice with our clients which include financial institutions, fintech's, merchants and processors. The team continues to experience exceptional growth and to support this growth, has established the Marketing Services Delivery team to lead the implementation and execution of Marketing Services engagements on behalf of Clients.The Senior Manager of Marketing Services Delivery will have a marketing operations strategy mindset, leading the implementation, management and ongoing evolution of processes and controls to support the seamless delivery of Client engagements. This individual will also lead the implementation and execution of Marketing Services engagements on behalf of Clients.This role reports to the Director, Marketing Services Delivery.Essential FunctionsBuild and nurture individual and team expertise across Marketing Services pillars e.g., research and insights, marketing strategy, campaign development, campaign delivery and optimization and campaign measurementServe as the subject matter expert in sponsorships, events, and experiential marketing for the Marketing Services Delivery team work across the business (Global, North America and US Client Marketing) to capture and transfer expert knowledge, insights, and best practicesProvide expertise on delivering campaigns across the marketing funnel (i.e., awareness through loyalty) and across channels (e.g., digital, TV, email, etc.).Ensure work is delivered efficiently and executed flawlesslyProvide marketing thought leadership and expert project management skills to develop and implement marketing programs on behalf of Clients e.g., research and insights, marketing strategy, campaign development, campaign delivery and optimization and campaign measurementEstablish a collaborative feedback loop with Marketing Services Business Development and other key delivery stakeholders, champion continuous improvement of Sales x Delivery operating modelAssist in developing processes to enhance working model with internal agency team to improve speed to market while ensuring creative output reflects Visa payments marketing expertise and aligns to Client program objectivesNurture, grow and deepen Client relationships, establish US Client Marketing as preferred marketing partner of choice among our clientsBuild and optimize Marketing Services Delivery reporting solutions designed to monitor and track team productivity and efficiencyManage the implementation and tracking of Client engagement audits recommend process enhancements to improve future performanceDevelop marketing project kick off materials to include business objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline and budget.Manage cross-functional team (internal stakeholders, agency partners, vendors) to project scope, timeline and budget.Schedule and lead project status calls with cross-functional working team to assess progress, communicate risks and problem solve as needed to ensure on-time delivery within budget.Brief and mange agency partners on project deliverables, review creative and or content and integrate Visa marketing insights and best practices into deliverables where relevant.Present marketing deliverables (e.g., marketing strategy, creative concepts, media plans, sponsorship activations, experiential concepts etc.) to client for review and approval.Manage day to day interactions and updates with Client to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget facilitate client reviews and approvals on project deliverables.Evaluate post-engagement Client survey scores collaborate with team to identify and implement enhancements to improve future performanceThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.This role is not eligible for Sponsorship.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDAuthority in multiple marketing disciplines e.g., brand, direct response, research, content, social, influencer, sponsorship, events, productDeep expertise in the areas of managing and executing sponsorship activations, events, and experiential marketingUnderstanding of market dynamics in the areas of consumer, small business, commercial, prepaid, debit, credit paymentsAccomplished at building trusted relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, business leaders and ClientsAbility to structure, manage and coordinate complex projects across multiple internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in highly matrixed organizations to drive decision making and move initiatives forwardWork with limited direction, usually within a complex and ambiguous environment to drive fact-based marketing recommendations, solutions and decisionsLeadership experience managing agency partners or providing marketing consulting services to lead creation of comprehensive, full funnel, multi-channel marketing programsStrong executive presence excellent written and verbal communication skills experience engaging with Executive and C-level suite audiencesExpert on all Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TableauAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
