Yaffa Family Law Group (YFLG) is a boutique marital and family law firm in Boca Raton, FL that has been around for over 25 years and is looking for an Associate Attorney to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Prepare legal reports and documents
  • Draft and review discovery, take and defend depositions, attend hearings, draft pleadings and motions, etc.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a caseload


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
  • Marital/family law experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong legal knowledge
  • Must be able to work independently and comply with all law firm policies and procedures
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Must be agile and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment
