Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Derry, NH – 03038.

Duration: 4 months+ - possible extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift, Eastern Time Zone

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent company to patients with professionalism and empathy
• Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and safely, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain a safe and clean environment following established protocols
• Document and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and ensure confidentiality of patient information

Job Requirements:

• Ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong phlebotomy skills with experience in clinical and forensic specimen collection
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills, preferably in a healthcare or service environment
• Proficiency in keyboard and data entry
