Senior Director, Operational TransformationThe Senior Director of Transformation will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational efficiency, automation, and process optimization across our operational teams. This role will serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadershipidentifying, designing, and executing transformational programs that enhance scalability, increase automation, reduce waste, and improve outcomes for patients, providers, and partners.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable presenting strategy to executives and diving deep into operational detailstranslating business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled processes that meet clinical, regulatory, and client standards.What you'll do:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and digital automation prioritiesPartner with executive leaders to identify and prioritize operations transformation opportunities across clinical, operational, and technology domainsOperational Excellence & Automation:Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate repetitive processes, and optimize resource utilization using AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and advanced analyticsPartner with technology, data science, and product teams to design scalable automation solutions that enhance productivity and accuracyChange Management:Drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured change management, training, and stakeholder engagementChampion innovation by promoting agile methodologies and empowering cross-functional teams to adopt new tools and processesPerformance & Impact Measurement:Establish KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountabilityMonitor progress, remove barriers, and deliver measurable ROI tied to efficiency gains and cost savingsCross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical, IT, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment and integration of transformation effortsServe as an internal consultant and advisor to senior leaders on best practices in automation, process improvement, and organizational transformationWhat you'll need:10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, health tech, or enterprise operations transformationDeep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation best practicesProven track record of leading large-scale automation and efficiency programs across complex, matrixed organizationsStrong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to quantify impact and deliver business valueExpertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar continuous improvement methodologiesExceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degreePay & Perks:Fully remote opportunity with about 5% travelMedical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and Employee Assistance Program401K retirement plan with company match; flexible spending and health savings accountUp to 184 hours (23 days) of PTO per year + company holidaysUp to 14 weeks of paid parental leavePet insuranceThe salary range for this position is $1450,000 to $165,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus.
