Accounts Receivable CoordinatorThe Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator for business to business accounts is responsible for prioritizing assigned accounts and making daily calls to accounts with balances past thirty (30) days to collect and/or address disputed items.This position will be in person in Tulsa, OK with the option to work a hybrid schedule. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $39 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.ResponsibilitiesContact accounts as needed to collect and follow up on past due balances.Maintain clear and concise notes accurately reflecting information provided in applicable systemsContact management and sales prior to notifying accounts of credit suspensionResearch and resolve disputed rentals within thirty (30) days; prepare applicable currency adjustment (CCRI) requests as neededReport issues concerning payment of accounts to managementRequest and send reprints (paper or electronic) of invoices, statements and vouchers to accounts as neededMaintain all aging balances within percentage requirements determined by managementAttend weekly collection meetings; provide account status and documentation to the Supervisor to ensure collection goals are met, discuss workload and promote teamwork between AR personnelPerform additional analysis and reporting as requested by managementSeek to improve job performance through self assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualifications1 year Account Receivable, Business to Business collections and/or customer service experience using a computer on a daily basis requiredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills requiredApart from religious observations, must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours/ work weekMust be willing to accept starting pay of $18.03/hour.Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
