Century Group is partnering with our client seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team full-time. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $80,000 to $100,000 per year. Job Descriptions: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses as directed by the Accounting Manager. Lead projects as needed, ensuring proper preparation and documentation of related journal entries. Verify the accuracy of foreign currency adjustments, elimination entries, and expense allocations during the month-end closing process. Develop new procedures to expedite the current close process. Contribute to the creation of global accounting policies to ensure precise financial reporting. Participate in year-end audits and quarterly reviews, including the preparation of audit support schedules and related requests. Adhere to written policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain SOX 404 compliance. Assist with internal (e.g., Monthly Financial Package) and external (e.g., Form 10-K and Form 10-Q) reporting processes. Requirements: Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Skilled in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Competent in working with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and the fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Adept at applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Experienced in solving practical problems and handling a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Able to independently determine tax compliance requirements without supervision. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. REF 49385 #LI-POST #ZR
