As the Robotics Coordinator you will play a vital role in advancing the surgical services department by overseeing and coordinating the utilization of robotic surgical systems. This position requires a dedicated and experienced registered nurse with a passion for robotics. The Robotics Coordinator will collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of robotic surgical systems. The Robotics Coordinator may develop and implement training programs for surgical staff, ensuring proficient operation of robotic surgical systems. The Robotics Coordinator will monitor and evaluate robotic surgery outcomes, maintain and troubleshoot robotic surgical systems, and assist in surgical procedures as needed. 

What makes you stand out:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an OR setting, with experience in robotic surgery.
  • Strong knowledge of robotic surgical systems, including da Vinci or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
