Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation. Follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines and completes freight processes. Ensures freight sorting area is organized and setup in accordance with guidelines. Scans, investigates, and fills inventory lows and outs daily.Print and Tech Expertise: Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided which includes successful completion and comprehension of an advanced level of Print and Technology training, as well as any other applicable training. Continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required.Compliance Adherence and Support: Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company's loss prevention efforts. Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred. No previous experience required, Retail sales experience preferred. Must possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access. Must possess the ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job. Must be able to process information/merchandise through POS register system. Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
