  • Assisting with physical therapy exercises
  • Escorting clients to and from appointments
  • Taking clients’ temperatures, pulse and weight
  • Following care plans created by medical staff
  • Running errands for clients or accompanying them on errands
  • Reporting any changes in health or behavior
