Classification: Contract-to-HireContract Length: 6 monthsNot open to C2CSummary:The Reporting Data Analyst II is responsible for analyzing, developing, and producing reports that support operational performance, health plan compliance, and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing data processes, collaborating with IT and business teams, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems.Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and support business decisionsDevelop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports; facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of tasksCreate technical documentation and reference materials for reporting processesDocument workflows and maintain report request/helpdesk logsCollaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders; participate in design sessions and code reviewsAnalyze customer requirements and perform variance analysis to identify trendsAdapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple client requirements simultaneouslyStay informed on application and industry changes to improve processesEnsure accuracy and quality of reports; validate weekly data loads to quality applicationsCoordinate testing for system enhancements and implementationsTroubleshoot data and reporting issues with minimal supervisionPerform other duties as assigned.Requirements:5+ years of relevant work experience required.Intermediate SQL Server programming and administration skillsStrong experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)Familiarity with source code control systems (e.g., Visual SourceSafe)Preferred experience with CozevaTechnical writing skills for documenting system proceduresUnderstanding of IPA/MSO medical management models and healthcare processesAbility to interpret system interfaces and collaborate on solutionsExcellent communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently and prioritize tasksHealthcare IT experience with emphasis on HIPAA transaction standards preferredExperience troubleshooting and resolving data and code defectsIBM AS400 experience is a plusPreferred experience with programming languages: T-SQL, XML, ETL, .NET, C#, VBPreferred tools: Visual Studio IDE, SSIS.
