We are looking to add an energetic, enthusiastic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our growing Center in Nashua, NH. Occasional travel to our other offices in Portsmouth, NH and Danvers, MA for training and coverage may be required.

Job Summary

The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for delivering speech services to assigned caseload of preschool-aged learners following evidence-based methodologies. This person will report to the Speech Language Coordinator and Branch Director and will collaborate with all service providers for consistency and generalization of all treatment planning goals in order to maximize student outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to assigned caseload of preschool-aged learners
  • Provide consultation to the Constellations’ team on all speech and language services and child-specific needs ·
  • Create and monitor all speech therapy sessions and activities as needed for 1:1 therapy sessions·
  • Maintain unbiased data collection on all targeted goals for both SLP treatment plans and behavioral programming ·
  • Complete mandatory paperwork for all insurance funded cases
  • Proactively communicating with supervising behavior analyst for questions and feedback
  • Maintaining consistent attendance to fulfill required ABA client therapies and developmental programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Masters in Speech and Language Disorders/Communication
  • Licensed in NH
  • Hold ASHA CCC or CF eligible
  • Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to communicate effectively to common inquiries or complaints from clients.
  • Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Reasoning Ability Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations SLP-CCC , Strong CF candidates considered (Speech and Language Pathologist: Certificate of Clinical Competence)
