That's where you come in.About the RoleWe're hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to be the strategic operator behind our GTM engine. Reporting to our CRO, this role will build and manage the infrastructure, data, and systems that drive revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, systems, and datarolling up your sleeves to implement AI-first tooling, automate workflows, and integrate GTM systems. You'll collaborate closely with our Analytics team leveraging analytics tools to support accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and pipeline visibility. This role is critical to improving process efficiency and driving alignment across our go-to-market functions.Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Infrastructure & SystemsOwn and optimize the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Intercom and related tools)Implement scalable processes for lead routing, scoring, attribution, and enrichmentEnsure high data integrity and system hygiene across all revenue systemsLead and support the Salesforce Admin in managing system configuration, integrations, and automationLeverage APIs and custom scripts to integrate data across systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, product usage, billing)Build and maintain automated workflows using AI/ML tools (e.g., ChatGPT API, Clay, Python) and other automation frameworksdriving experimentation, continuous improvement, and scalable innovation across the revenue engineForecasting, Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain real-time dashboards on funnel metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecastsIdentifying and influencing metrics to drive revenue growth, such as pipeline value, campaign ROI, close rates, etcPartner with CRO and Marketing on strategic planning, forecast accuracy, and budgetingLeverage Python and AI tools to generate predictive insights and improve reporting scalabilityRevenue Process & GTM EnablementDefine and document GTM processes, ROEs, SLAs, and territory modelsSupport compensation planning, quota design, and incentive alignment in partnership with FinanceEnable onboarding/offboarding, training, and operational workflows across Sales, CS, and MarketingStrategic Projects & Cross-Functional SupportIdentify and remove friction points in the sales processAct as a connective layer between Sales, CS, Marketing, and FinanceSupport pricing strategy, pipeline inspection, and contract/deal desk workflowsDrive strategic initiatives to improve ICP targeting, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity in collaboration with GTM and Analytics teamsWhat We're Looking For58 years in Revenue Ops, BizOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy roles at B2B SaaS companiesStrong systems knowledge: HubSpot, Salesforce, and related GTM toolsProven experience building and automating GTM reporting infrastructureExperience with Python (data analysis, automation, or pipeline workflows)Highly analytical and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environmentFamiliarity with sales compensation, quota planning, and performance reportingExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsBonus Points ForDirect experience working with a CRO or founder-led GTM teamKnowledge of sales enablement tools like Clari, Gong, OutreachExperience in deal desk operations or revenue recognition workflowsPrevious exposure to private equity-backed SaaS environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary, bonus, and equityClear path for career growthRemote-first work with a stable home baseUnlimited PTO and flexible parental leaveFull health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) plan with company matchMonthly stipends for home office or coworking space
