Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.Benefits & Scheduling:$22.50 hr / Bi-Weekly and up8 hour shifts plus OVERTIME are typical but not consistent3 Day workweek (24 hours) is typical however you have the ability to receive additional days and hours.Expected daytime shifts only.A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break periodOpportunity for performance incentives and bonusesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (Note: Employees who work on average less than 40 hours per week are not eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance)Paid time off begins accruing immediately a start of employmentKey Duties & Responsibilities:Successfully handle and deliver packages on timeSafely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicleFollow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesSafely deliver packages to customers located in residential neighborhoods and schoolsSafely and cooperatively engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-partiesSafely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locationsCarry out a set of instructions and handle company property without constant supervisionProvide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsKeep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis; get in out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors and other team membersLoad and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesEquipment Provided:Delivery Vehicle & GasHandheld TechnologyUniformsOther safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishmentsHiring Process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete.
