Compensation Analyst | Lithia & DrivewayLocation: Medford, OR (hybrid)Compensation: $60,000-$85,000Lithia & Driveway (LAD) is one of the largest automotive retailers in the nation, and we're growing. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Compensation Analyst who is passionate about driving performance through smart, strategic pay solutions.In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our compensation programs across our nationwide network of dealerships. You'll partner closely with store leadership and executive teams to design and evaluate compensation plans that attract and retain top talent, reward high performance, and align with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with store management and executive leadership to design compensation plans that:Support company and dealership goalsMotivate employees to exceed performance expectationsAttract, retain, and reward high-performing talentEnsure compliance with federal and state lawsConduct thorough analysis of:Pay plan effectiveness using historical and recent performance dataStaffing levels and productivity to manage payroll expensesAnnual Operating Plans (AOP) and performance metrics to identify compensation opportunitiesPresent data-driven recommendations clearly to leaders at all levelsContribute to compensation department projects, reporting, and analyticsWhat You BringStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and a customer service mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelBachelor's degree preferredPrior experience in compensation or HR analytics a plusWe offer best in class industry benefits:Competitive payMedical, Dental and Vision PlansPaid Holidays & PTOShort and Long-Term DisabilityPaid Life Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLithia Learning CenterVehicle Purchase DiscountsWellness ProgramsHigh School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
