Job Description:

A reputable private urology practice, closely affiliated with a prominent local hospital in Neptune, New Jersey, is actively seeking a motivated and skilled urologist to join the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with urological conditions.
  • Conduct surgical procedures and interventions with precision and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage and monitor patient outcomes, ensuring continuity of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including oncologists, radiologists, and primary care physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of residency training in urology from an accredited program.
  • Board certification or eligibility in urology.
  • Active medical license in the state of New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
