Alternative Delivery Project ManagerWe're currently seeking a seasoned Alternative Delivery Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects using alternative delivery models such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and Public-Private Partnerships (P3).This position will report to our Franklin or Nashville office and will operate on a hybrid work schedule.The Impact You'll HaveLead multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of alternative delivery projectsfrom proposal and procurement through design, construction, and closeoutServe as the primary point of contact with clients, partners, and stakeholdersOversee procurement strategies, teaming agreements, and pursuit efforts including RFQs/RFPs, ATCs, and interviewsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registersFoster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and public agencies to ensure seamless project executionAssist in guiding internal teams on alternative delivery best practices, contract mechanisms, and compliance requirementsIdentify and implement innovative delivery solutions that enhance project value and efficiencyCoordinate with the Director of Alternative Delivery on tasks and other assigned dutiesWhat You'll Need12+ years of progressive experience in project management within the AEC industry, including significant involvement in alternative delivery projectsProven success managing infrastructure or transportation projectsUnderstanding of alternative delivery models including Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and/or P3Strong business development and client engagement skillsExceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilitiesPE License in Tennessee required, or the ability to obtain within the first 3 months of employmentDBIA certification is a plus
