Summary of the role: As an LPN at The Sturgeon Bay Health Services, you will be responsible for providing nursing care following the resident's/patient's plan of care. You'll work under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, ensuring a safe environment and supervising care activities performed by nursing assistants.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Licensed in the State as an LPN
