We’re looking to hire a Copywriter for a well-known financial services institution. This is a 3-month contract with possibility for extension. The role is located in Westwood, MA and is hybrid.

Copywriter Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with brand and marketing strategists, art directors, and project teams in an Agile environment to quickly produce personalized, on-brand communications
• Quickly absorb creative briefs, ask questions, and create ideas that address unique marketing challenges
• Work both collaboratively with team members and independently to execute cross-channel initiatives
• Understand and address the needs of different audiences, from high-school students to parents to retirees

Copywriter Requirements:

• 7+ years of copywriting experience within an in-house or external ad agency; experience creating multi-channel campaigns is a must
• Supporting multiple projects for a variety of partners; subject to constantly evolving priorities
• Working knowledge of social, digital, and email marketing best practices
• An innovative spirit and willingness to test and learn
• Ability to use performance metrics to refine your work to improve results
• An open mind and respectful communication style for our friendly, diverse, and inclusive culture
• Expert in creative concepting, and integrated campaign development
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
