This is a full-time surgical opportunity within a multi-site organization offering a broad spectrum of cosmetic procedures in a supportive, high-performance environment.About the Practice:Over two decades of experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgeryMulti-location practice with a strong patient-first philosophyComprehensive suite of surgical and non-surgical services under one brandFamily-oriented team culture with long-tenured staff and collaborative leadershipFully equipped, in-house surgical center with EMR systemPosition Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plastic Surgeon with a commitment to outstanding surgical outcomes and long-term patient care. You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering excellence in cosmetic surgery while helping shape the future of the practice.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of aesthetic surgical procedures, including:RhinoplastyFace liftsEyelid surgeryBreast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction)Body contouring (e.g., liposuction, abdominoplasty)Conduct thorough consultations, pre-op assessments, and post-op careEnsure surgical suite readiness and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality careParticipate in clinical development, patient education, and quality improvement initiativesQualifications:Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic SurgeryActive, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)Minimum 3 years of experience performing cosmetic proceduresStrong communication and patient relationship-building skillsPassion for innovation and continuous improvement in aesthetic careBenefits:Competitive base salary + commission on surgical revenueAnnual CME stipend ($5,000 including travel and lodging)Paid licensure and board fees4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days + recognized holidaysEmployer-sponsored 401(k)Relocation assistance availableCompany-paid life insurance and employee assistance programProfessional development and advancement opportunities
