If that sounds like you, then join our team as a Community Recruitment Partner As a Community Recruitment Partner, you'll be the talent strategist for a cluster of nursing centers within geographic region called a Pod. You'll bring our mission to life by finding and inspiring the people who make care happen. The Community Recruitment Partner serves as a key connector between our organization and the local community by building meaningful relationships to attract top talent while efficiently managing full cycle recruitment for clinicians. This role combines proactive, community-based outreach with effective processing of inbound applications to ensure a steady, high-quality pipeline of candidates. You'll work collaboratively with your Pod's leadership and HR teams to fill key clinical roles, reduce agency costs, and strengthen each nursing center's workforce.
