Experience:

• 12 months of Hospice experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Day shift - 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday; on-call and Holidays

Guaranteed Hours: 32

Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Medical/Surgical/Oncology nursing and/or hospice care experience preferred.

Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wear a mask for entire flu season.
