Description

The HR Service Delivery team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Global M&A HR Portfolio team. As Senior Project Manager you are responsible for M&A implementations, from due diligence thru deal-close and full integration into Company. M&A implementations at company are highly complex in nature. You will be the primary point of contact for the M&A(s) you are leading. You will collaborate with various global, cross-functional workstream leads (both inside and outside of Human Resources) to ensure tasks and timelines are documented, and you will be responsible for holding resources accountable to execute those tasks against the timeline.


You will also be responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.


What you will do:

Identifies project goals, defines project scope and objectives

Develops the project artifacts including detailed work plans, project plan, project estimates, resource plans, status reports and M&A HR Portfolio team’s standard documents

Develops project meeting cadences for the different project group of stakeholders / workstreams and conducts these meetings.

Ensures the project remains on schedule and within budget, proactively tracks the project progress, reports the project status, identifies and mitigates risks and escalation management.

Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members.

Keeps the project team members committed, motivated, and productive throughout the project.

Encourages and support team collaboration and communication, Embracing inclusivity in leading teams and encouraging diverse opinions

Conducts Lessons Learned including collect and share results to project team member, identifies how to sustain strengths and improve weaknesses on future projects, shares with Global M&A HR Portfolio team for areas of improvement of project management practices


What you will bring:

Proven and effective leadership with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and time zones

At least 8 years of experience project managing full-cycle global M&As

Must have previous HR experience, as well as managing M&As within the HR function

Must have basic understanding of HR organization functions such as Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Technology, Vendor Management, HR Service Delivery

PMP certification preferred
