The Creative Agency is seeking a Social Media Specialist who is an expert in content creation, curation, account management, and promotional email marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content for multiple clients across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Write compelling copy, captions, and CTAs that boost engagement, drive traffic, and reinforce brand voice.
  • Plan and execute social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic brand storytelling.
  • Adapt and optimize content for each platform's best practices, keeping up with trends and algorithm changes.

Promotional Email & Campaign Management

  • Strategize, write, and design promotional email campaigns that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Manage email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Drip, Constant Contact, etc.) to build and execute email sequences, newsletters, and automations.
  • Monitor email performance analytics, A/B test subject lines and content, and optimize for higher open and conversion rates.

Brand Growth & Engagement

  • Monitor and engage with online communities, ensuring timely responses and audience interaction.
  • Implement reputation management strategies, tracking brand sentiment and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in content-driven marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track social media and email marketing KPIs, using data insights to refine content and improve engagement.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for content strategy adjustments.
  • Assist in SEO-driven content strategies, ensuring blog posts, social copy, and digital assets contribute to visibility and traffic.
