Job Description: The (Multi-site) Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs to ensure a safe working environment at our Dickson, TN facility. Key duties include conducting safety audits, training employees on safety protocols, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The Safety Manager will also work to foster a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Provide safety training and education to employees.
  • Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
  • Maintain records of safety-related activities and incidents.
  • Recommend corrective actions to address safety concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in safety management, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a safety management role.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

  • Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP) preferred.
