Experience in how to translate data and testing to improve creative outputs, and understanding of performance metrics and direct response marketing overall is ideal so they can effectively guide & influence both our teams and the work. Understanding of complex issues and drive strategic collaboration (knowing who to involve when in the process) is crucial.Required Skills:Create partnerships with Performance Marketers, Brand Marketers, Media, International Marketers, Product Marketers, internal Creative teams and external agenciesIn partnership with Integrated Marketing, Performance Media, and Creative, drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertisingHighly literate in data & testing and well-versed in understanding how to translate it into roadmap planning, testing agendas, AI tagging and optimization of creative workBe the lead point of contact for our external agency partner, as well as cross-functional internal stakeholder managementCollaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects within the remit of this role fit within a wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks and resourcesPrioritize competing needs with reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projectsExperience in optimizing systems, tools, and standards that improve creative production within the organizationCoordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various performance marketing launches, at times, simultaneouslyManage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, manage program/production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, often with tight deadlinesMaintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely within Design, Legal and Product guidanceMobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstaclesMinimum Qualifications:8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent roleExperience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planningExperience in leading a cross-discipline team and in leading external agency partnersHigh data and testing literacy - well versed in understanding performance marketing data and how to translate it into annual roadmapping, testing agendas, AI tagging and optimization of creative workCreative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, optimizing workflows, multi-tasking, and negotiation. Drive efficiency as well as craftExperience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing and delivery/traffickingExperience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns. This may include but not be limited to: live action, programmatic digital delivery, social, influencer, CRM, web/Ecommerce media integration and/or animation workstreamsPreferred Qualifications:10+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent roleExperience with additional creative channels.
