Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of our inventory levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, performing full physical inventories, and investigating any variances found. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inventory management principles and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). You will work closely with receiving, shipping, and operations departments to ensure seamless inventory flow. Responsibilities include tracking stock levels, managing inventory records, identifying and resolving stock issues, and contributing to process improvements. Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom is also a key aspect of this role. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and adherence to all company safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
