This role is responsible for accurate data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of logistics-related transactions to ensure smooth inventory movement and billing accuracy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Job Title: Logistics Accounting ClerkLocation: Food Distribution CenterShift: 1st ShiftPay Rate: $17.00/HRBenefits: Medical, Dental, AD&DKey ResponsibilitiesProcess and verify invoices, bills of lading, freight charges, and receiving documentsEnter and maintain accurate logistics and accounting data in internal systemsReconcile shipping, receiving, and inventory records with accounting reportsCommunicate with warehouse, transportation, and accounting teams to resolve discrepanciesAssist with tracking freight costs, shortages, damages, and adjustmentsMaintain organized records and documentation in compliance with company standardsSupport month-end and audit-related tasks as neededPerform general administrative and accounting support dutiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; some college or accounting coursework preferredPrevious experience in accounting, logistics, or distribution environments a plusStrong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracyBasic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong communication and organizational skillsWork EnvironmentOffice-based role within a food distribution centerFast-paced setting with frequent interaction with warehouse and logistics teamsFull Steam Staffing will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
