Position Summary: Everest Infrastructure Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Associate Attorney/Attorney to join our Legal team. Responsibilities for this role include conducting real property and legal entity research, drafting and negotiating leases, licenses, easements, management agreements, and other transaction documents, completing due diligence for acquisition transactions, and abstracting and analyzing agreements. This position will support real estate, leasing, acquisitions, and other areas of our growing and dynamic wireless infrastructure business.


Position reports to: Director of Legal


Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Conduct real estate related research to support acquisitions and leasing transactions, including real estate ownership, parcel boundary records, and legal entity status
  • Draft, review, abstract, analyze and negotiate agreements and other legal documents, such as leases, licenses, easements, management agreements, non-disturbance agreements, and memoranda of agreements
  • Assist with due diligence and closing requirements for acquisition transactions, such as reviewing title commitments, surveys and other related documents

·      Interface and collaborate with other functional groups regarding legal and business matters

  • Support real estate, asset, and entity acquisitions, leasing, property management, and other corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting transaction documents, collaborating with internal lines of business, and making independent, collaborative, and strategic decisions on legal due diligence and corporate transactions issues

 

Qualifications and/or Experience:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or in a state with reciprocity with the ability to waive in
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate, leasing, or corporate transactions
  • Experience in the wireless infrastructure industry is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Advanced computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, SalesForce or like systems, Box, and other management tools
