This is a growth opportunity for a thoughtful and technically strong designer eager to contribute across project phasesfrom concept to construction.Youll work closely with senior staff, bring fresh ideas to the table, and develop your skillset through meaningful design, strong mentorship, and exposure to diverse project types.What Youll DoCollaborate with design teams on early concepts and visioningDevelop space plans, design presentations, and production drawingsAssist with material and finish selections, furniture and lighting specsTranslate redlines into detailed, accurate documentsStay proactive on deadlines, time allocation, and team communicationContribute to high-quality deliverablestechnical and visualParticipate in office initiatives and support marketing materials or RFPs as neededWhat You Bring37 years of interior design or architecture experience (commercial sector preferred)Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS OfficeStrong spatial thinking and detailing skillsA curious mindset and eagerness to learn from othersBasic understanding of codes, space planning principles, and permit processStrong graphic communication and visualization skillsA collaborative, proactive attitudecomfortable giving and receiving feedbackBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or ArchitectureWhat Success Looks LikeClear, complete drawing sets that require minimal reworkCreative and executable design ideas rooted in researchHigh-quality digital presentationsProjects delivered on time, within hours allocatedPositive contributions to team culture and future project selectionWhy FORGEWere a strategy-forward architecture and interiors firm designing spaces that connect, inspire, and perform.
