Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements Must have a valid CT LPN License Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
