Your role:

As a Senior Staff or Principal level ML Infra Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing state-of-the-art frameworks, serving as the bedrock for future tools that drive innovation within their trading and research domains. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of passionate researchers and engineers to ensure compatibility with cloud platforms, popular ML frameworks, and cutting-edge model architectures.
  • Defining and orchestrating large-scale experiments, contributing to rigorous evaluation and in-depth model analysis.
  • Shaping the landscape of foundational models, viewing them through a lens of innovation and strategic significance.

The remuneration package for this position encompasses a base salary ranging from $200,000 to $275,000. This base salary range is exclusive of any additional forms of compensation, including but not limited to bonuses or benefits. Various determinants, such as the candidate's years of experience, attained level of education, skill set, and other pertinent factors, may influence the mutually agreed-upon base salary within the specified range.
