If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.The Sales Planning & Performance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the correct Book of Business alignment for UPS and select third-party resources. He/She also provides systems and administrative support to the Sales Planning and Performance team. This position involves meticulous review, coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures and service level agreements to support organizational goals.Responsibilities:Review and complete alignment requests to support the sales field.Manage and monitor a shared mailbox to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.Execute, maintain, and utilize best practices to achieve optimal results in sales appeals processes.Schedule and facilitate discussions to review alignment requests outside of established processes.Qualifications:Experience using Microsoft Office Suites - RequiredExcellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail - RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills - RequiredBachelor's degree PreferredESP and ESTAT Experience PreferredEmployee Type: PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
