Certified Phlebotomist

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client’s medical facility based in Canton GA 30115. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization

Responsibilities:

· Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.

· Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

· Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.

· Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.

· Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

· Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business.

· Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

· 5 years of experience or more phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.

· Location: Canton GA 30115

· Job Type: 3-month contract

· Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

Lunch 30 minutes

· Pay Range: $17 - $21/hr

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
