Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a caseload of clients.
  • Provide Supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collect and Analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to support client goals.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and families on ABA principles and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Meet deadlines for funder reporting.
  • Supervising BCBA candidates
  • Attend Company meetings and lead team meetings for each client.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Must be licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in working with children and adolescents with various special needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, parents/caregivers, school personnel and other agency staff.
  • Use a computer and behavioral software to prepare documents and maintain client records
  • Work independently and make decisions within the framework of established guidelines
  • Successful completion criminal history background check
  • Attend staff trainings and agency meetings voluntarily

Pay Range :

  • Base Salary $80 - $90k per year
