OSINT Training InstructorBAE Systems is a leading global defense, security, and aerospace company. We're seeking a highly skilled OSINT Training Instructor to join our dynamic team, supporting our government customer in driving innovation, efficiency, and security in the rapidly evolving landscape of government mission and business information technology. We're looking for a talented OSINT Training Instructor to play a key role in producing and organizing OSINT training materials, designing curriculum, and leading instructional sessions.

Responsibilities

Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasksDesign curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessmentsSupport oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraftRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsIntelligence Community experience requiredAll-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 yearsBachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U. S. Department of EducationPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsMaster's degree desired. OSINT training and certifications from commercial or government organizations a plus.

Language certification a plus. Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
