Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Travel LPN to join a growing and dynamic team   

 

Job Description:  

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician instructions.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients’ vital signs.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and comfort.
  • Update patient records promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate on personalized care plans with the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care.
