Heavy Equipment OperatorsWe are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for long-term infrastructure and civil construction projects across multiple locations in the U.S. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to transition to a permanent role after the initial project.Positions Hiring For:Dozer OperatorsScraper OperatorsHaul Truck DriversBlade / Motor Grader OperatorsCompensation & SchedulePay: $24$35/hr (based on equipment type & experience)Shifts: 1st & 3rd shift available (must be open to either)Overtime: 2035 hours/weekPer Diem: $830/week (for qualified travelers)Requirements3+ years of experience operating the specific equipment you're applying forExperience using GPS-enabled equipmentValid, non-suspended, or expired Driver's License (MVR required)Willing to submit to a drug testPosition Details by Equipment TypeDozer OperatorsOperate a finish dozer using GPS to achieve final grade on civil construction sitesWork in wide-open terrain (former farmland)Equipment: CAT D3 D10Scraper OperatorsPerform rough gradingcutting to grade on large commercial sitesOperate in the cut, manage fill, and load material for removal or relocationSupport finish dozer operators with final grading preparationEquipment:CAT 627 or CAT 637MTS 3630 Wheeled or Track ScrapersMTS 745 with panHaul Truck DriversOperate off-road haul trucks transporting earth and rock onsiteNo operation on public roadsstrictly onsite haulingMay also pull behind scrapersEquipment: CAT Haul TrucksBlade / Motor Grader OperatorsOperate Motor Graders using Total Station GPS systemsFinal-grade earthwork with precisionPerform scarifying, mixing materials, dressing slopes, shoulders, and embankmentsCapable on rocky or standard earth terrainEquipment:CAT Motor GradersCAT 140M160MJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
