You will be responsible for the resolution of second level service incidents for internally developed applications, application enhancements, and partnering with development to eliminate open bugs, etc. You will have extensive room for growth and be given exposure to various areas of the organization including development, QA, and EDI.IT Application Support Analyst | Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving second and third level service desk incidentsPartner closely with the operations and application teams to resolve issues in a timely mannerSupport QA applications or the application changes while complying with SDLC proceduresCreate ad hoc queries for data analysis and troubleshootingPossessing the knowledge of how to troubleshoot application issues from the server perspective: using logs, administering or monitoring tools, server configurations, and additional techniquesTroubleshooting application integrations and understanding the integration tools and data flowSharing providing recommendations, changes, or enhancements on applicationsCreation and maintenance of documents related to operational duties, and troubleshooting for applications in a centralized originIT Application Support Analyst | Requirements3-4 years’ experience in a corporate customer service environmentAdvanced technical support / call center support experienceComputer literacy is highly criticalMust know how to navigate MS Internet Explorer in addition to other web browsers; competency with MS Windows, Office, Project & VisioCompetency to understand technical documents and apply technical information to solve problemsTechnical proficiency using TFS and ServiceNowKnowledge of SQL and reportingBasic XML knowledgeIT Application Support Analyst | Nice to Have 4 year Bachelors degree in a technical disciplineFamiliarity with QA lifecycle and how to testAbility to read code from a support angle (.NET, Java, Python)Industry experience within logistics is a plusAbout Our ClientOur client is headquartered in Atlanta, GA and is one of the largest wholesalers in the USA, distributing over 30,000 business products to a network of 7,000+ resellers.
