You'll play a critical role in supporting our global accounting operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring accuracy as we prepare for an IPO. This is a hands-on position requiring strong NetSuite skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reportingPrepare and review journal entries and account reconciliationsMaintain and improve the integrity of the general ledger and financial recordsAssist in developing, documenting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures to support SOX compliance and IPO readinessPartner with the FP&A team to reconcile financial results and provide accounting insights to support forecasting and budgetingPrepare management reports and variance analyses for leadershipSupport external audits, including preparing work papers and responding to auditor requestsIdentify and implement process improvements to shorten the close timeline and enhance reporting accuracyAssist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as neededSupport AP operations, including invoice review, approval, and reconciliationOwn daily cash operations and bank reconciliationsIf You've Got It - We Want ItBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred4+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally at a global company or Big 4 (in the software/technology industry)Proficiency with MS Excel is requiredAble to apply knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting SOX controlsSelf-starter, who is able to work effectively and autonomouslyStrong organizational and verbal / written communication skillsProven critical thinking capabilityStrong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detailThe ideal candidate is curious, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quoBonus Points: Proficiency with NetSuiteWindows PC oriented IPO and audit experienceSalary Range ($83,200 - $130,056)The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
