This role leverages deep knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue business opportunities through market insights and client needs analysis. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and current clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the organization's products and services. Establish and manage an effective referral network and structured call program to generate leads and promote sales.Location & Travel- California Primary markets: Oxnard, Ventura, Simi Valley, and potentially parts of Santa Barbara. Daily travel within the designated territory is expected.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. Two to three years of relevant sales experience. Ability to travel.Preferred Skills/Experience Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations. Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills. Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues. Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
