Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday
Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Ctr - Lacey, WA
Pay: $40 to $55 per hour
Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center is a continuing care community of 1000+ residents consisting of independent living, assisted living, and SNF/convalescent care. Panorama's therapy team services the community through home health, outpatient therapy, and the SNF. We have subacute rehab, long term care, and a gentle care/dementia care unit in the SNF.
Large on-site therapy gym with FTF equipment
An ADL kitchen, an ADL shower, and functional washer/dryer inpatient
Separate satellite clinic for outpatient.

Qualifications:
Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
