*Responsibilities:*
* Assess patient needs based on medical history, physician recommendations, and patient goals.
* Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving the maximum level of function.
* Implement comprehensive therapeutic interventions using exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment.
* Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, equipment, and home care.
* Regularly re-evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
* Document patient care, interventions, and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, PAs, Nurses and other therapists, to optimize patient care.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in physical therapy.
* Pilates experience preferred

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state license to practice physical therapy.
* At least 2 years of clinical experience is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay: $47.00 - $57.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
