The Senior Intake Client Associate will expand the Help at Home client base through direct contact with potential clients and referral sources, while providing leadership support with expanding team. As a coach and mentor in a high performing sales culture, the Senior Intake Client Associate embodies leadership principles, inspires other through their actions, and actively contributes to a culture of continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee internal business development, including identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with existing referral sources to contribute to meeting goals.Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goalsRepresent Help at Home appropriately in the community to help spread brand awareness and contribute towards business development.Establish and maintain effective channels of communication to ensure efficiency of operational procedures and quality relationship management.Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.Maintain the database with all sales activities.Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.Support onboarding and ongoing training of Intake Client Associate teammates.Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities.Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding to ensure all departments are utilizing best practices and effectively communicating.Perform other duties as assigned.Requires Skills/Abilities:Embodies leadership principles, inspires others through their actions, and actively contributes to a growth-oriented culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Provides constructive feedback to both peers and leaders, demonstrating empathy and patience, taking time to understand both the common and unique challenges faced by teammates.Cascades team goals to individuals and supports the goals through relevant, personalized advice and team best practices.Demonstrates commitment to their own professional development and the personal and professional goals of their teammates.Strong problem-solving skills: ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner.Ability to effectively communicate externally as well as internally with all levels of the organization.Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.Demonstrates compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude.
