Position summary: The Financial Manager, Physician Enterprise is responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency of the hospital's employed physician network, encompassing approximately 100 physicians and advanced practice providers. This position ensures sound financial management across all physician practices, supports growth and expansion initiatives, and provides transparent, actionable financial communication to providers and senior leadership. The Manager oversees the preparation and monitoring of the physician enterprise's annual operating and capital budgets, manages practice-level financial performance, and ensures compliance with hospital financial policies and applicable regulations. This role works collaboratively with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to optimize resource utilization, support strategic expansion, and enhance the financial sustainability of the enterprise. The position reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and serves as a key liaison between the physician enterprise and the hospital's finance team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting or Finance required. Master's degree preferred Required length and type of experience: Minimum three years of managerial experience in healthcare or a similar regulated industry. Experience in a physician's office practice setting is highly preferred.
